Short about 3D printing
3-dimensional printing is a so-called line printing or lenticular printing, which is the most effective form of advertising printing.
According to reports from the American Market Watch, 88% of customers prefer 3-dimensional advertising images over regular printed materials.
The printing method has been modernized and provides significantly better print results than what we knew from the 1970s. We work with formats ranging from business card size to 2400mm * 1200mm, and of course, we use the modern method.
The prices for 3-dimensional advertising prints are slightly higher than for regular ones, but the investment pays off because:
- they provide significantly better advertising results
- customers spend 4 times more time looking at 3D images
- people keep printed materials longer, such as 3D postcards
- 3D prints are extra durable and can be used for a long time.
- One has the opportunity to present different products on the same surface or, thanks to animation, emphasize what is important.
How does it work?
Lenticular printing is a method to display images with a three-dimensional effect.
On the back side of a plastic surface composed of many small lenses, images are offset printed with UV ink.
It is possible to show several different images on the same surface, and which image is seen depends on the angle.
The images are divided into thin strips that are assembled alternately and then covered with lenses adapted to the width of the strips.
When you look at the image through the lens-shaped plastic surface, you only see one of the images.
When you move the image slightly, you see a different image.
